Performed and characterized heat treatments for a laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) burn-resistant nickel superalloy by metallurgical preparation, optical microscopy, and mechanical testing
Built an FTIR spectroscopy database and conducted temperature experiments on laser welds for composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs), and additional materials characterization through Alodine coating, aluminum pit microscopy, and Inconel pore microscopy

The Slap Ski — A patented composite ski inspired by the classic slap bracelet, designed to roll into a compact shape and snap back into a rigid skiing configuration using composite fiber manipulation to possess bistability. Patent #D1095718

The Corona Hut

A fully handmade 8 × 8 × 8 ft shed built as a dedicated space for online school during COVID-19. Designed and constructed from scratch, it became a tiny classroom, workshop, and escape from the house.
